I read this in one sitting - an inspiring book that shows how effective a business can be when people forget command and control and work together with a common vision. Another recommended read is the 2001 CIMA report Harnessing Creativity to Improve the Bottom Line, which reports on how in the UK, too few companies recognise the need to invest in creativity to become more innovative and successful.
