The description phase of the cycle is the most critical and where this cycle tends to break. Some of the most creative ideas may be described in a way that the reviewer does not understand. This is especially so when the lateral thinking of the idea originator is not understood by the reviewer. Therefore, the idea reviewer must be able and willing to discuss the idea with it's originator and accept that some of the idea may be impossible to express in language that the reviewer can easily understand.
